5. Term; Termination.
This Agreement may be terminated by either party without notice
at any time for any reason. The provisions of paragraphs 1
(Copyright, Licenses and Idea Submissions), 2 (Use of the
Service), 3 (Indemnification), 4 (Third Party Rights) and
6 (Miscellaneous) shall survive any termination of this Agreement.
6. Miscellaneous.
This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance
with the laws of The Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the
United States of America applicable to agreements made and
to be performed in The Commonwealth of Massachusetts. You
agree that any legal action or proceeding between iRepNetwork.com
and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties'
obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal
or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in The Commonwealth
of Massachusetts. Any cause of action or claim you may have
with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1)
year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim
or cause of action is barred. iRepNetwork.com's failure to
insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision
of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any
provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between
the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision
of this Agreement. iRepNetwork.com may assign its rights and
duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without
notice to you.
Any rights not expressly granted herein are
reserved.

Personally Identifiable Information
refers to any information that identifies or can be used to
identify, contact, or locate the person to whom such information
pertains, including, but not limited to, name, address, phone
number, fax number, email address, financial profiles, social
security number, and credit card information. Personally Identifiable
Information does not include information that is collected
anonymously (that is, without identification of the individual
user) or demographic information not connected to an identified
individual.
PLEASE NOTE: This Site is not intended for children. Visitors and
clients should be eighteen years or older.
IP Addresses and Cookies
Cookies are assigned and IP addresses are recorded in to analyze
trends, administer the Site, and gather website statistics
and broad demographic information.

one of our partner sites that contains an iRepNetwork™
Chat button, the iRepNetwork™ administrator or independent
representative whose buttons appear on that page and who are
logged into the iRepNetwork™ chat system are notified
that a visitor has opened the page. The notification identifies
the visitor by IP address.
When a visitor clicks on an iRepNetwork™
button on this site or one of our partner sites to initiate
a chat session with one of the independent representatives,
the visitor’s IP address is recorded to track abuse and
to identify the chat session and transcript of that session.
No other personally identifiable information
is collected by iRepNetwork™, and no other monitoring
or tracking of that visitor is recorded.
Chat session transcripts
A transcript of each chat session is recorded and made available
to iRepNetwork™ administrators, the independent representative,
and sometimes other members of the independent representatives
team (in some cases, a group of independent representatives
from one company may share an iRepNetwork™ account in
order to provide better coverage for chat requests).
Visitors may conduct a chat session without
providing any personally identifiable information. Independent
representatives have agreed to use any information voluntarily
provided by the visitor only to provide information about
their company’s products, services, and business opportunity
and have agreed not to sell, rent, or provide that information
to any other party. Before providing any information to independent
representatives you should review their privacy policy. iRepNetwork™
is not responsible for the conduct of independent representatives.
What Personally Identifiable Information
about our clients is collected?
We collect the following additional information from our clients:
the names, addresses, phone numbers, website URLs and email
addresses of clients, and the nature of their business.
What organizations are collecting the information?
In addition to our direct collection of information, our third
party service vendors (such as credit card companies, clearinghouses
and banks) who may provide services may collect this information
from our clients. We do not control how these third parties
use such information, but we do ask them to disclose how they
use personal information provided to them from our clients.
We use PayPal to collect payment from our clients
and clients are subject to their privacy
