More About the Live Chat Function

When you select the optional live chat function you can make yourself available to chat with visitors to your directory listing. Visitors who are interested in your business opportunity click on your contact button and the two of you are instantly connected in a chat window.

The chat function will be set up through our carefully selected third party provider and after the first month's services you will pay for the live chat service separately through them.

How it works

Your iRepNetwork™ button is placed on your contact page in the InternetBasedMoms.com direct sales directory. You may also place your contact button on your own websites.

You log into your account and open your chat screen.
A visitor clicks on your "online" button and a chat window opens. She types her name and question and clicks "start chat." She sees a screen indicating that her call is being sent.
You are notified by sound that a chat has been requested and you accept the "call" and start chatting with your guest.
When you are finished chatting your visitor is presented with the opportunity to email or print the transcript and a transcript is automatically sent to you.
When you are off-line, visitors can click your button and send you an email message.
