The cost of a sidebar graphic ad is $10 for three months.

We market our blog to direct sales consultants and other home business owners. In the last six months of 2009 we averaged 36 blog visitors per day. Additionally, our blog feed is accessed nearly 200 times a day. We update regularly and currently post and average of two new articles each week.

All advertisements are subject to approval and may be removed without notice and without refund. We reserve the right to reject or terminate any advertisement that fails to conform to applicable laws and regulations, our policies, the public interest, or that it deems to be inappropriate for any reason. We may reject or remove any advertisement for a website which is not functional.

We accept advertising for family friendly sites only. Ads for adult only sites, including romance party plan websites are not accepted.

The following additional, subjective guidelines have been established for acceptable companies. We understand that these policies will prevent many legitimate, quality programs from advertising, but we are not able to spend the time necessary to research and evaluate all submissions received.

• The advertised company must sell a tangible product or service which is available for purchase by customers who are not also promoting the business opportunity.
• Direct sales companies must be product sales focused.
• Companies requiring that consultants or distributors enroll in a monthly auto-ship purchase will not be accepted.
• We do not accept advertising for companies that sell leads.
• Generally speaking we accept advertising for direct sales party plan companies and not for companies that are more commonly referred to as MLM companies.
• We accept advertising for companies that offer products and services to small business owners.

Some advertisers will be selected to be featured in a blog post about their product or service and their opportunity. (Click here for a featured advertiser post example.) We reserve the right to select featured advertisers using subjective terms and not all advertisers will be featured. If you would like to know whether or not you can be featured, please contact us before purchasing a listing.

Submitted ads are reviewed before being displayed and accepted ads will be invoiced. Payment through PayPal must be received before the ad is displayed. The ad slot will be held for 3 days after invoicing and failure to pay during that time may result in a longer wait time for the ad to be displayed. Should we decide not to accept your advertising, no invoice will be sent. If after your ad has been displayed, we find it conflicts with any of these policies the ad will be removed and you may receive a partial refund for the unused portion of your fees. The refund of all or part of your fees shall be the advertiser’s sole remedy for termination of this agreement.

The advertiser shall provide the graphic in the specified size (125×125 pixels), link URL, and any other information necessary for displaying the advertisement. Graphics will be stored on your own server and you will be asked to provide the URL to the image. If you cannot store your own image, please email the graphic to adgraphics at irepnetwork dot com

We use the nofollow attribute for all ad links.

The advertiser warrants that the advertisement and link is truthful and will not violate any foreign, federal, state or local law or regulation; will not infringe or misappropriate any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secrets, publicity or privacy rights of any person or third-party in any jurisdiction; does not contain any material which is unlawful, harmful, abusive, hateful, obscene, threatening or defamatory.

iRepNetwork.com agrees to display the advertisement for the specified amount of time in one of four specified spots (the ads rotate around the spots, but are all four ads are displayed each time the page loads) at the time of purchase. We will make every effort to maintain the site and display the advertisements 24 hours per day during the term of the agreement, however we do not warrant that we will be able to correct all reported defects or that use of the website, advertisement, or that the hyperlink to the advertised site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

In no event shall iRepNetwork.com be liable, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost sales or profit, lost data, business interruptions or attorney’s fees) even if notified in advance of such possibility.

Advertiser agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless iRepNetwork.com its officers, directors, sub-licensees, employees, and agents from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from the breach of the warranties in the advertiser warrantees section.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Massachusetts

iRepNetwork.com reserves the right to make changes to these policies and encourage you to review the policy each time you tip or purchase advertising.
