In recent years, I've learned to manage activity much better and outsource many tasks so I can quadruple productivity and still surf the web without it hurting business. Digital Point is a very good source for many things related to the internet. I've been using them for 2 years. Try Odesk and Elance as well :) I agree with the distraction part. It’s amazing just how fast an hour can go by of doing nothing.
